The litter you are talking about is called Cat Attract and it's an excellent product. However, I always highly recommend that a cat peeing outside of the litterbox be worked up by a vet for possible medical causes. This is especially important when it comes to senior cats.

There is a form of Cat Attract that comes as an additive and is available through vets, and the actual litter that can be purchased from many different sites and stores.
