Hi There,

Don't be confused, it's really very simple

This is the procedure for neutering a cat:

The cat is given anesthesia, and once he is asleep, the surgical area is shaved and prepped with surgical scrub. A small incision is made into the scrotum, and the testicles are brought out, kind of "popped out", one at a time. The cords are tied off, and most of the cord, with testicle attached, is cut free. The resulting "knots" are simply pushed back into the scrotum and the incision, which is really small, does not need to be sutured.

If you like, I'll be happy to find some photos of the procedure for you.

Regards,
PHKitkat
