I am sorry I can't help you as my cats are indoors and I don't bathe them (only did once with something from the vet when I first adopted them and they came with fleas attached), but, I wonder if your vet might be able to recommend something. If not, call a local groomer and see if they would recommend something and "sell" it to you. They may be more apt to share secrets if you are willing to buy it from them, at least the first time.
