A small gray kitten was found by hubby in our garden on Saturday. The poor thing was skinny (nothing is skinny in this house) and his eyes were almost glued shut with crusty goopy. Cleaned out the eyes with warm water/diluted amoxicillin, and the kit went to the vet last night. It is a he, and weighs a whopping 1 lb 11 oz, half of that is the food we fed him. He now is on 2 differant antibiotics, and antibiotic cream for his eyes, but he also tested postive for FIV. After some scary moments of thinking this is a death sentence, a chat with HP Kitkat cleared up that thought. She said Bradley (named after Gen. Omar Bradley) can live a long life, and may outgrow the FIV, seeing he is only 6 wks old. So please send GLOWS to little Bradley, he is a fighter just like the guy he is named after. Will send pics soon. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
