They all lived and were happy and healthy for almost 5 years after diagnosis. They also lived with other cats who never got ill. Onyx lived, ate and fought with 2 of them for the first 6 years of her life and she is 20 and still going and stayed negative. So little Bradley has no death sentence and in fact may never even be ill from it. As for grumpy Smig, I am sure it is because he is new and strange, and Kasha was already there when Smig came, it was not her territory yet. Now it is and she just wants to make sure that he and you know it. She also may smell the nasty Vet and the meds and that makes her unsure. Can't wait for pictures of your new sonkit.
