Hi,

I am so sorry to hear that Boris may have skin cancer. The best thing, which you are doing, is to have the lesion removed ASAP to find out exactly what it is. Further treatment may or may not be necessary. Thankfully, many types of skin cancer are slow-growing. Still, I can imagine how scary this is for you. Sometimes, what may first appear to be skin cancer ends up being something totally benign. I pray this happens with your boy.

Please keep us updated on how Boris does and please let us know the biopsy results. It's hard to give advice at this point, but we do have a support chat every night if you are interested. If you have any specific questions, let me know and I'll answer them as best as I can.

Take care, and feel free to post anytime.

Regards,
PHKitkat
