Hi There,
Concats on the new addition! She will probably do fine once she has a chance to adjust to your home.
What I would do is keep her isolated in her own room for at least a few days and up to a couple of weeks. She is probably feeling overwhelmed having the run of the house. With her own litterbox, and food and water bowls, you will also be able to monitor her eating and litterbox habits.
I wouldn't touch her right now if she isn't responding well to you. Let her come to you when she is ready. But talking to her and spending time near her will help, and if she is playful, you can try playing with her using an interactive toy. Watch her body language carefully and you will know how much physical contact she can handle. Her world has just turned upside down and she is nervous and frightened, but with patience she will come around.
Take care, and please keep us updated.
Regards, PHKitkat
