Yesterday I had to make the hardest choice of my life. I had to let go of my life long friend, snowball, my cat. He was 18 years old. My parents got him when I was 3 years old, so I really don't remember a time not having him around. He used about 15 lives I think. He went through so much but was always a great cat, ready to give me a good morning meow. I loved him very very much. He had hyper thryoid, which the vets had removed his throids, but they had grown back. He had gotten much worse the last week, not able to walk or stand, and very hard to breath. He passed on with peace and will stay forever in my heart. Today my dog ran away (very unusual) and I think she was looking for him. She's been mopping around the house all day, refusing to even touch a steak bone. We will all miss you very much dear snowball.
