Brenda,

I just got your message today, I am so sorry for your loss. I know exactly how it feels. Even 3 weeks later, I catch myself aching for Charlie. We have since added a new member to our family, another black & white cat named Varitek. he is amazingly sweet, but he is not Charlie, nor do I expect him to be. I love Charlie dearly and miss him every day. It is easier today then it was 3 weeks ago, so please know the pain will subside, but the memories never fade. I hope your memories of Peanut keep you smiling and that your other cats give you comfort in this sad time. It is so amazing how attached we become to these creatures, without mine I would be lost. If you need to talk, I am here.
