I am so very sorry about Sonny. His story is just heartbreaking and he should have had many years ahead of him. Such sudden losses are always the most difficult of all.

Sonny was a soulmate kitty, a very special one that doesn't come along very often. He will always be alive in your heart and I have no doubt that the day will come when you see each other again. The song that you posted in his honor is just beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes and gave me a chill.

I'm sure Sonny knew that you did everything possible to help him. He felt your love for him even as you rushed him to the ER and knew you were close as he passed.

I just love black cats. They have a beauty all their own and their personalities are wonderful. I feel lucky to have 2 black cats as part of my feline family.
