Play long and hard with Anabelle in the evening and right before you go to bed. When she does bother you, quietly and firmly put her in a "time out" place, even a carrier, for five minutes and then let her out. Increase the time out time if she continues.

Also try getting that Comfort Zone plug in and see if that helps calm her down. You may actually have to get a large cage and put her in there with some toys at the far end of your house. Fans and other "white noise" generators may help mask the noise she makes if you can't get her far enough away.
