It's worth a shot since you have already tried everything else. There are other behavior modification drugs that your vet can give you for Isis that won't make him foam. I would definitely try some of them. You can also try Feliway with Comfort Zone plug-ins. It calmed down one of my cats who was contantly attacking the others.
