Something has happened to disrupt the hiearchy in your house. It could be something as simple as someone spotting a stray cat in the yard, or a loud noise startling one of the cats. You might not be able to figure out what has happened, but ask yourself if ANYTHING new or out of the way has occurred. Even moving a piece of furniture can trigger this sort of thing.

I would recommend a vet check for all the cats - also spaying if possible. Then they will need to be separated and gradually re-introduced. Some Comfort Zone plug-ins might help too.

If the problem continues see if your vet can recommend an animal behaviorist and also if some sort of anti-anxiety meds can be prescribed.

Good luck!
