Posted by: abothwell at Wed Oct 8 09:45:55 2003 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by abothwell ] I have a 5 year old muted long-hair calico that is an indoor/outdoor cat. Within the past 2 months, she has started to meow all the time (during the day, during the night, outside, inside - doesn't matter where she is). The meow turns into this horrible cry at times. Sometimes she even acts as if she is frightened but 5 minutes later shes not. If she is outside crying and I let her in, she crys to get back outside and vice versa. I have tried to give her as much attention as possible and when I hold her she does not cry but sometimes she doesn't want to be held...she will just sit about 10 feet away, stares at me and cries. Of course she shuts up when I feed her snacks but I don't want to award her behavior. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
