As soon as possible after reading this schedule an appointment with the vet for a full work-up including blood, fecal and urine testing. This change in behavior could signal some sort of medical problem.
If the problem is behavioral rather than medical, then check into seeing an animal behaviorist, or ask the vet about some sort of antianxiety medication.
