Sounds like your kitten is suffering from what I call "vet stink." The other cats associate that smell with the vet's office and have an automatic aversive reaction. A bath usually cures this problem immediately. However, you're probably not supposed to bathe the kitten yet.

My best advice it to keep the kitten completely separated from the older cat for at least a week, or longer if she's wearing an E-collar and can't groom herself. Just keep them in a separate rooms. It'll be a rough week, but easier than trying to teach your older cat to accept a kitten who smells like vet.

After waiting a week or 10 days, bring the kitten into the same room with the older cat, and have food out and ready to be eaten! Let them associate eating with being in each other's presence. If there's still hissing, remove the kitten immediately and ask your vet if it's safe to bathe the kitten yet. If not, then extend the separation a few more days and try again.
