I wish I could help you, but honestly, I can only reccomend seeing a behavioralist and the vet. The vet for the older cat to check for urinary problems or health related things that might be causing her to not use the box, but it doesn't sound medical to me. I'm just a girl with four cats, I'm not an expert. They should be in later though... As for the yonger cat biting your boyfreind in the same place every night while he's sleeping, I've never heard of that. Hopefully someone here more experienced than me can help you on that.
