I have had my first cat, Hazard (male), for about 3 months now. We got our second cat, Turbo (female),about a month ago. At first it was a disaster when we brought her home, he hated her. Now after working with both of them they have calmed down and they run after eachother and play fight, well I think its PLAY fight, no one gets hurt. Haz was neutered just before we got her. I recently noticed that he just SEEMS mad, that may sound silly but I feel like he is different. He doesnt play or cuddle like he used too. I miss it. We give both equal attention. Early one when he was really all over the kitten we used to give him "time outs" in the bathroom or celar (he likes the celar, lots to explore). Was that wrong? He obviously does not understand english so we figured time outs would do. I just hope that we didnt ruin his little personality. Maybe he prefered to be alone? We got her so he would have some company when we were at work. We also wanted two, but if we knew he wouldnt like her we wouldnt do it. But they tollerate eachother, she wants to play with him, sometimes he cant be bothered. Is this normal???
