Gawain does sound like a handful, but then a lot of kittens and adolescent cats are handfuls.

First - is he neutered? If not, then he needs it ASAP. This will do wonders.

Second - has he been checked for a urinary infection? Again if not, he needs a good vet check ASAP.

Third - continue to keep him "in his place". He needs to know the limits and the squirting with water, time outs, etc. are excellent techniques. It will take some time, however. Be sure to schedule in plenty of play time.

I have an article I haven't read yet about this sort of problem. I'll try to look it over and give you a more detailed response later!
