Hopefully the vet exam will uncover exactly what is wrong. Urinating while sleeping just isn't normal behavior!

There is a sad fact about Manx cats that often they lack control over their bowels, although I've never heard of one with a lack of urinary control. You might have to consider some sort of "kitty diapers" for her if this keeps up.

Best wishes. I do hope the vet can help - please don't hesitate to get a feline specialist if you can't get the answers you need.
