Cats show pain/sickness in different ways. If all is clear there, she may have been traumatized by something you didn't see and is reacting by aggression and withdrawal. She may just need reassurance that everything is OK. Trying wrapping her in a soft balnket while talking softely to her and reassuring her. (the balnket will feel soft and will keep you from getting scratched). I'm sure someone else on the forum can add a lot more input to help you out...
