THanks for tyring to help. I've had him to the vet's three times for various tests, the vet assures me it is behavioral.
I ended up cleaning another place last night, but at least it was only ONE! I finally decided that I couldn't get the smaell out of that rug so I threw it away and am leaving that floor space bare. I'll jsut keep checking w/the black light to see if he continues to remark that spot. He seems to be alternating between spraying and urinating on previously marked rugs. I'm also using foil in place of the rugs as a deterrant, however, I am hoping he does not pick a new spot to mark.
I have no intention of getting rid of him and I never, ever scold him. I give him lots of extra attention. I guess all I can do is clean up what he does and try to remove stressors. If it means having him on drugs, then I guess that's what I have to do. Guess it's me that has to adapt! Colleen Yoko Gari, Chopper Boogotti, Claude (Meiuxy) LeMeiux and Honeybunny Boo
