I was reading articles when WoooLee first started spraying and the articles said that if they are spraying it is behavioral, if they are squating then it is a medical issue that has to be dealt with. WoooLee only sprays against walls, doors, and windows never on the carpet. Maybe let your vet know that he is doing both ways and ask if that is normal. Or do an internet search on it as well.

I am so sorry about your kitty. Hopefully the problem will clear up soon.
