My friend's male cat is bitting his kitten's necks and trying to mount them. Is this normal? He thinks he's trying to kill his own children or mate with them but I told him it may be a domination thing, and if had wanted to kill them he would have by now. Is that right? The kittens are obviously too small to be mounted

But he's afraid to leave them all alone even though they are his kittens. Some help would be nice :D I'm not sure if I'm correct or not so I figured I'd ask here
