Posted by: randi704 at Tue Dec 13 14:16:43 2005 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by randi704 ] I'm flying with my two babies (female and male Maine Coon) this Christmas from NYC to North Carolina and Delta informs me that the carrier can max be 17 inches long, 12 inches wide and 8 inches high. My beautiful baby male Maine coon is 11 lbs and would be terrible cramped in such a carrier. I refuse to ship them in the baggage area. Does anyone have any experience with this???
