hello everyone -- had a q for you...

my new cat is fearless and enjoys our home without any inhibitions... my resident cat Asha (a resident for 4 months) is shy and very queen like (part siamese - might explain it) and doesn't take well to the new guy so far... but things are getting better..

i have Ashas food/water in my office (her favorite spot in the house) and her litter box in the closet of the office... (we're at the point where the new guy can spend more and more time out of isolation -- still sleeps isoloated though) problem: the new cat used Asha's litter box twice so far and keeps sneaking over and eating her food --

my question is... can i let the kitten use her stuff? he has his own downstairs but seems to find her things more convienient when hanging out upstairs... if i let him keep using her litter box and eating her food will she become even more pissed at me and start poo-ing all over the house?

(she's pretty mad for now.. it's only been a week but with a gradual introduction they seem to be ok for now -- she hisses and growls only if the little guy comes to close - like is said he's fearles and it doesn't even phase him when she swats at him -- he just wants to play!) thanks for your input...
