Thank you so much. The article is very helpful, but unfortunately, I think Ricky II is not likely to change. He is still terrorizing my five year old daughter in bed at night, even with a coating of bitter apple. She is not sleeping well which is causing problems for her in school (and notes home) and last night she wet the bed -- a first since she potty trained at two. I have no choice, I have to bring him back to the breeder. If it were only me it would be one thing (although the fact that I am sitting here at 4:20 am says something about how it is affecting MY sleep)but I can not put my daughter's emmotional wellbeing at stake. She is terrified by this kitten. I think he needs a home without small children who can be more patient and tolerant of his biting. I contacted the breeder and she is a real dear. She understands completely and agrees that I need to make Bayla feel secure in her bed again. Ricky will go back to the breeder on Saturday. ----- Mindy
