My fiance and I have had our cat patrick for a year. We got him when he was kitten so he is a little over one. He has always been very curious and hyper as most cats are. But latley he is scratching at everything and anything.

Hmmmm...LOL This sounds familiar.I raised a cat from a kitten and it was just me and him.You have to spend a lot of time with him and at his age he will want to play a lot.Have a pint of your blood handy because you will get scratched.LOL
You will become his Mommy and Daddy and his best toy.I could write a book on Babba and his activities and some of the things hes done to me.As he gets older he will slow down.
He will also give you all the love and dedication you want.Remember your everything to him.Oh one more thing he will try and train you and don't fight it just let him do it.LOL
Lou
