She could not get at the outside stray so she turned on the nearest thing....her brother. This of course, shocked him and he fought back and now they are mad. You can try to separate them for a while and then reunite them and see if they remember the love and forget the fighting. Or if they are not actually hurting each other or physically fighting, let them work it out and make up on their own. I have several sets of siblings and usually if they get into it, in a couple days they are back to normal after some pouting and nasty talking to each other.
