I have an almost year old kitty we got from the shelter back in Dec, such a lovable very vocal male, he is declawed so he wouldnt scratch our microfiber sectional, instead what is he doin? EATING IT along the top he has chewed it to where the stuffing is coming out, so i covered it with a towel he lays on, he is now eating the towel...so we wake the other morning and he has chewed a corner edhe of the cushion...now i was cleaning the couch this morning and he has ventured to the center peice now, i have sprayed the couch (nasty smelling) No Boundry's and its not working, i have no clue why he eats things, he also eats socks, show strings, to the point where he chews them right off..i have switch foods thinking its his belly, he is now on Science diet sensitive stomach not that apparently, i love him he is MY cat and follows and talks to me all the time, but my husband is getting mad cause now we have this expensive couch that is ruiend...any help here?
