My late Chessie acted like that at times when he was a kitten. Casey still occasionally gets a wild streak like that as well even though he's over three years old. With Chessie, I think it was a case of what I've heard referred to as the "kitten crazies". In Casey's case, I think the reason he still gets a little wild at times is because he was orphaned when he was about 10 days old. Just give your baby some time, patience, and a lot of love, and she should grow out of that phase for the most part.
