I always name my cats after something, whether it be their personality is like a certain person, or their coloring, or just perhaps their whole attitude. Neo was named after the character in the movie The Matrix. He is unique in his talents, just like the character. He learned to turn a latch to open a cupboard today! Trinity was Neo's girlfriend in the movie.. so it was inevitable that if I brought home a female.. that had to be her name. Its funny, the Trinity character is often shown in action poses in the air. My kitty Trinity is QUITE an acrobat! LOL!

I had a cat who always sounded like he was whining. I named him after the Tony Randall character - Sydney Shore.
