Well, Onyx has a pet name and he is black. Oogie has a pet name. And, Fleury is named after a hockey player, Theo Fleury.


I picked names I thought fit their respective personallities. Onyx likes to sit like a statue (completely still) and when he does, he looks like a cat carved out of onyx. Oogie is goofy but sweet, just like the cat in the Drabble comic strip. And, Fleury, is small and fast just like Theo Fleury. Incidently, we thought she was a boy when we named her...lol.

I don't think their names have any effect on how I treat them. Others always have a good laugh when they hear Oogie's name though. That is Oogie down below!
