Posted by: phunkeyphish at Mon Jul 5 10:36:05 2004 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by phunkeyphish ] The first night I had the kitten it slept curled up cradled in my arms deeply purring until I fell asleep, but when I woke up the next morning Floyd was snoozing under my chair. The next night he didn't sleep with me, but the third night I fell asleep without him but woke up in the morning with him practically under my thigh. It made me so happy that he decided to sleep with me. Also, Floyd follows me around everywhere, and likes to sleep on my lap. Growing up I had a family cat that bonded to my mother. However, it was still very independent once it got older. Will my kitten maintain a similar behavior of following me, and sleeping with me, as it ages? Thanks.
