I'll sometimes sing to Chessie. If he's on my lap, he'll usually look up at me, close his eyes, and start purring. If I'm doing something (doing dishes, etc.), he'll be watching me. If I start singing, I'll look over, and he'll be looking at me with an even more curious look than before.

Granted, my singing isn't the greatest, but at least he doesn't howl at my singing like a dog probably would.
