Hi,
I just brought home a third cat (stray male) to live with my other two cats, both female. I was expecting the usual hissing and unwelcoming behavior towards the new cat, but the problem is, my eldest cat (not the friendliest sort to begin with) has now turned against both cats and attacked the younger female quite severely. It's like she sees any cat as a threat, even one she's known for years. I now have them all in separate rooms. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it?

Many thanks.
