Is the biting hurting the kitten? If not, then probably everything is OK. Usually the kitten will let out a squeal if he objects to the treatment he is receiving.

Is the older male fixed? He probably should be if not, before you really leave them alone together. Even if the other kitten is neutered, I'd probably not leave them alone together for at least another three days or so, just in case.

It does sound like things are going well and that they will be pretty good friends fairly quickly. Good luck!
