Since it sounds like everything went well with the kitten and the dog intro. I think I would bring the kittens down once a day(well one at a time) and let them start to bond with the dog. The more they are around the dog the better they will be with him. Starting young is the best thing to do. Just make sure Myrtle is locked in the room with other babies.
