Once they are neutered this behavior should stop. You may have to confine them to one room for awhile to retrain them though. But this definitely sounds like a case of territorial urinating and marking. You will also want the vet to run a urine sample in case one of them has a urianry infection which also causes cats to pee inappropriately. But neutering is the most thing right now.
