I agree that you should have the vet check for a UTI. It also may be behavior. One of my kittens when he was 6 months old peed on my head when I was sleeping because he wanted to play in a box I had put away because he was so noisey with it.
Of course the I wasn't sure which kitten it was they were both orange. So both of them got kicked out of the bedroom at night and locked in the laundry room, along with their sister Quinn (siamese mix).
