It's possibly stress induced, but it's best to have the vet check her first. If a medical reason is ruled out, you can then proceed to work on the behavorial aspect. You need to clean all those urine psots thoroughly with detergent and water and then after that dried, apply an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle to get rid of all odors.
