Posted by: Nabisco at Thu Mar 11 08:44:43 2004 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Nabisco ] I was 'catsitting' my daughter's 2 cats while she was on vacation (both spayed females) along with my 4. I have 3 litterboxes but I noticed her calico always jumped in the bathroom sink to pee. We noticed a little blood in her urine. I think she was trying to 'show' us. My daughter took her to vet promptly and sure enough, it was a urinary tract infection. He said these were quite common in female cats.
