If it is not medical, it will take patience and time to retrain your kitty. My cat is going through this same behavioral stage due to jealousy of a rescue kitten I brought home 2 months ago. Once the new kitten was through with neutering and introduced fully, the urinating started with my 6 year old Bengal. I am currently using Feliway spray and the plug in and so far in the last two weeks he has only had 2 accidents and both were in the same place that was easy to clean. I'ts been almost a week since the last accident. I'm sure you love your kitty dearly, so all she needs is a chance and some time and patience. Give her lots of attention and love.
