If there have been no changes in the house to upset Bailey, then the first thing should be a vet check to rule out any medical problems. If there have been some changes...a new cat, new furniture, change in litter or even the detergent or cleaning products can upset a cat and cause a change in behavior. You need to try to figure out the "Why" to work on how to correct the problem.
An additional box can be a good idea with a multicat household. Some behaviorists say 1 to 1.5 litterboxes per cat or one per cat plus one extra. Not that they won't all use one or use all of them.
There have been a number of similar situations with other posters on these boards, so look over the previous posts for some additional hints and what's worked for others.
