Posted by: nab219 at Tue Oct 19 10:32:09 2004 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by nab219 ] I own 3 cats...2 Persians adopted from shelters (declawed by original owners and neutered ) and a 4 year old female (also neutered, not declawed). The persians are like brothers while the female is a loner. All cats shared one litter box without any problem . Once I noted that someone had pooped outside of the litterbox (normal stool) about 2 feet away from the box. I admit the litterbox was dirty at this time. However this behavior has continued . I find an occasional poop usually daily or every other day, even though the litter is spotless. i keep the litterbox in a den which previously was the home of a cat who routinely soiled the carpet (urine and feces). I had cleaned the carpet well with enzyme cleaner and many cleaning agents. I have no clue as to which cat is the pooper. Any advice is appreciated. I placed another litter box in another room which occasionally is used. I considered purchasing that computer litter box. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
