After the vet visit if all is well on the health front. You may need to try confining her again. Also, there is a litter called Cat Attract litter. You may want to try using that. The rule of thumbs for litter boxes is one for each cat and an extra. So if you have two cats you should have three boxes. I am sure others will have more advice.
