My cats like to poop in my kids' bathtub. I don't understand why though. We clean the tub out everyday with cleaner. They all have their own litter box which is cleaned out every two days. We can't leave the bathroom door shut because we have a three year old who is learning how to go on her own. And she sometimes gets up in the middle of the night to go, so the door needs to be open for her.
We have tried filling the bathtub with water, but that doesn't work either. They still just sit there and poop, which is even worse to clean up. Other than in the bathtub they don't like water (except to drink of course). Any one got any ideas on how to stop this behavior? I'm opened to anything.
