Hi,



I recommend that these kittens be confined to one room with 2 litterboxes until they are using them all the time. Having the run of the house can be overwhelming to young kittens and when they have to urinate or defecate they may not be able to get to a litterbox in time.



Ideally, you should have one litterbox per cat, plus one extra, so you should have 3 boxes. It's best to not keep all the boxes in the same area. My cat's litterboxes are spread throughout the house.
