"Your kitten is still a little young to be taken from mom (most people recommend 12 weeks) and is probably "nursing" on your finger, or trying to. Even though she is being gentle it would be wise to discourage this behavior. Cats need to learn that human hands are off-limits. Gently remove your hand when this happens. "

I took my kitty from the shelter..and people who brought her to the shelter found her on the street..so I had no choice of taking her home at 8 weeks =)when I got her she was still afraid of humans..so i'm giving her a lot of love ..so she would stop being scared. =)
