There's not much you can do about a water baby cat except be very careful. I think getting a heavier dog dish will help with him tipping it over - that would be one less frustration. And get everyone in the household to close the toilet for the safety of the cat. Usually families are pretty good about this, but will need a lot of reminding. (This is very helpful if you live with a man - no cold-rim surprises in the middle of the night when you have to go!)

As he grows older he'll become less of a nuisance about water and things in general. Enjoy his quirkiness now!
